Returns and Exchanges
We want our customers to be happy and will do all we can to make things right. We are working within some constraints of the companies whose products we carry so returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Returns– Items that arrive damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged within the first 30 days.
Exchanges– Exchanges are accepted for the first 30 days as long as the product is in original condition. You may exchange for an item or items of the same price or toward a higher priced item. Send the item back to us and we will send out the replacement.
Forseti knives have their own limited lifetime warranty included in the case.
